TERMS OF SERVICE & STORE POLICIES

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by our store are custom, decorated, printed, embroidered, or made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

Due to the custom nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been submitted and approved.


Artwork Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs, mockups, designs, sizes, spelling, colors, garment selections, and placement details prior to production.

By approving artwork and submitting payment, the customer confirms that all details are correct.
Changes, edits, or cancellations cannot be made once production has begun.


Color Accuracy & Screen Variations

Colors displayed on screens may vary due to monitor settings, device differences, lighting conditions, and printing methods.

We cannot guarantee exact color matches between digital artwork proofs and the final printed or embroidered product.
Minor color variations are considered normal and acceptable within the custom apparel industry.


Production Tolerances

Due to the nature of apparel decoration, slight variations in print placement, sizing, ink coverage, embroidery stitching, or color saturation may occur.

These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once artwork is approved and production has begun.

Payment in full is required prior to ordering garments or beginning production.


Defective Items or Production Errors

If an item is defective or an error occurs due to our production process, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or reprint the affected product.
No refunds will be issued for approved custom orders.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or production volume.

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


School, Team, & Group Orders

Orders placed on behalf of a school, team, organization, or group are considered custom group orders.

Once submitted and approved, these orders are final and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with our store, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies listed above.

Failure to read these policies does not exempt the customer from compliance.
